ကျွန်မတို့လူသားအားလုံးဟာ မိမိရဲ့စား၀တ် နေရေးအတွက် ကိုယ်ရွေးချယ်ထားတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ထဲမှာ ပျော်သည်ဖြစ်စေ ၊ မပျော်သည်ဖြစ်စေ လုပ်ကိုင်နေရတာ ကျွန်မတို့၀န်ထမ်းတိုင်းရဲ့ အမှန်တရားတခုပါ -- --- မိမိရဲ့တနေ့တာကို အချိန်ကုန်တာခြင်းအတူတူ ၊ ပင်ပန်းရတာခြင်းအတူတူ ၊ မိမိရဲ့ ability ကိုအသုံးချရတာခြင်းအတူတူ မိမိအိမ်မက်ကို အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ပေးနိုင်စွမ်းရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မျိုးရဖို့ဆိုတာ ၀န်ထမ်းတိုင်းရဲ့မျှော်လင့်ချက်ပါ။

ကျွန်မအတွက်တော့ ကျွန်မအိမ်မက်တွေကို အပြည့်အ၀ ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ ဒီလိုလုပ်ငန်းခွင်လေးကိုရလိုက်လို့ အတိုင်းထက်အလွန်၀မ်းမြောက် ပျော်ရွှင်မိပါတယ် ။ စည်းလုံးညီညွှတ်ပြီး challenge တွေကို အမြဲစောင့်ဆိုင်းနေတတ်တဲ့ developer တွေရယ် ၊ ၀န်ထမ်းတွေရဲ့ ရှိပြီးသားစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်တွေကို ပိုမိုတိုးတက်စေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်လျက်ရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဥ်တွေရယ် ၊ စာနာနွေးထွေးတဲ့ မိသားစုစိတ်ဓါတ်ကို အခြေခံပြီး စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးတတ်တဲ့ Team Leader ရယ်၊ ဘယ်လုပ်ငန်းမှာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဘယ်လိုစိန် ခေါ်မှုကိုမဆို experience အပြည့်ဖြင့် ရင်ဆိုင်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်အောင် ပံ့ပိုးပေးတတ်တဲ့ Co-founder and Adviser ရယ် ကြောင့်ပျှော်ရွှင် စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားစရာကောင်းတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကို AKIYA ရဲ့ ၀န်ထမ်းတိုင်းက ရရှိလျက်ပါ ။ Prototype ဖန်တီးရတာစိတ်အားထက်သန်တဲ့ developer တွေ ၊ code တွေ program တွေ ဖန်တီးပုံဖော်ရတာကို နှစ်သက်သဘောကျ ပျော်ရွှင် နေတဲ့ developer တွေကို စုစည်းပြီး အောင်မြင်တဲ့ company ဖြစ်အောင် developer တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီရဲ့ စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှု ၊ ဖန်တီးမှုများနှင့် AKIYA ကလှပသော အနာဂတ်ဆီသို့ ရှေ့ဆက် လျှောက်လှမ်းရင်း---------
